Premier Pre-stack Interpretation and Analysis Suite

PRIMA is a multi-function exploration software package that combines a complete seismic data processing and velocity analysis system with an advanced AVO interpretation and analysis package. It was created to fill the voids that other workstation interpretation systems would not perform. PRIMA contains a quick yet powerful method for looking at pre-stack gathers in time or depth domains associated with full and partial stacks, allows for interpretation of both post-stack and pre-stack horizons, as well as analytical tools for those horizons. Rock property attributes may be created for analysis and AVO anomalies may be isolated by cross plotting, then overlaid and compared back to stacked seismic data. Prima also contains an integrated velocity analysis package.

PRIMA Pre-stack Interpretation

PRIMA allows interpreters to interactively manipulate both seismic data and well-logging data to isolate potential hydrocarbon reserves through a rapid data access and anomaly detection approach. This application provides for significant risk reduction by analyzing data between known reservoirs and potentially new ones, as well as, isolating common reservoir characteristics associated with hydrocarbon bearing reservoirs in unexplored regions. PRIMA interpretation is also fully integrated with Landmark, GeoQuest and Charisma interpretation software packages.

 

Interpretation features include:

  • Horizon interpretations can be distributed across migrated gather volumes
  • Arbitrary line capability, including stacks and linked gathers
  • Complete pre-stack attribute analysis including a range of predefined and user specified attributes calculated real time
  • Complete attribute analysis, including DHI attributes such as AVO
