Brasil - Brasil '99/2000/2001 This line is from the TGS-Nopec and Schlumberger Brasil '99/2000/2001 non-exclusive seismic survey offshore Brasil. The survey, the largest of its kind in the World, includes over 200,000 line kilometers of seismic, gravity and magnetic data and covers the primary deep water sedimentary basins in south-east and northern offshore Brasil. |

West Greenland - Ungava Fault Zone Since 1999 TGS-NOPEC has acquired more than 18,000 km of 2D seismic offshore West Greenland. The new data has been compiled into an integrated exploration report including grav/mag and seismic data. |

Scotia Leviathan - NS 100 Pre-stack Depth Migration TGS has been a leader in offshore Canada with deepwater 2D grids that cover the Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Labrador offshore areas. TGS has completed over 160,000 kilometers of 2D pre-stack depth migrated data in the Gulf of Mexico, Bahamas, Canada, and Brazil. This expertise has now been applied to 27,400 kilometers of the NS 100 survey covering offshore Nova Scotia to better image deep water salt and associated geology. |

Eastern Canada - E. Newfoundland / Orphan Basin The East Newfoundland/Orphan Basin is currently in the spotlight with the 2003 call for bid No. NF03-1 closing on December 17, 2003. The cumulative area up for bid covers 31,674 square kilometers. |

Gulf of Mexico - Phase 45
This month's data example is from the Phase 45 project in the Gulf of Mexico. This is one of the largest 2D surveys in the world with slightly less than 100,000 total kilometers acquired. This survey covers the majority of the deepwater areas of the Gulf of Mexico within the United States borders. |

Gulf of Mexico - eMC3D
The eMC3D survey is an eastern extension to the existing 3D coverage that TGSN has in Mississippi Canyon, Gulf of Mexico. The combination of these surveys provides a seamless regional 3D program covering over 900 OCS blocks (over 20,000 sq kms). The eMC3D survey was acquired in 2003 with 8000 meter offsets and a very dense bin size of 25 X 6.5 meters and the final bin size of 12.5 X 12.5. The data covers the very prolific areas of Mississippi Canyon, Desoto Canyon and Lloyd Ridge. All data is now available for review. |

Gulf of Mexico - Mississippi Canyon 3D Revival TGS-NOPEC is renewing its commitment to the Mississippi Canyon Area of the Gulf of Mexico with the 3D Mississippi Canyon Revival project. This 3D survey was originally acquired in 1999-2000 with 8,000-meter streamer offsets. It covers over 627 OCS blocks and is also one of the largest regional 3-D seismic programs ever recorded in North America. |
Gulf of Mexico - MC 3D Revival Kirchhoff PSTM Mississippi Canyon 3-D Revival is a new Kirchhoff Pre-Stack Time Migration reprocessing project, encompassing 627 OCS Blocks in Mississippi Canyon. This project is one of the largest 3-D seismic programs ever recorded in North America. |

Gulf of Mexico - DeepShelf Interpretation
The DeepShelf Interpretation Project is a regional, evergreen interpretation project covering 3500 OCS Blocks of the Louisiana Shelf, Flex Trend and into the Deep Water protraction areas. |
Gulf of Mexico - Deep Resolve 3D The Deep Resolve 3D survey was designed and acquired to improve the image of the deep section of the continental shelf in the Gulf of Mexico. Drilling deeper in the subsurface (greater than 15,000' or 4600 meters) has been a focus for many oil companies since the US government offered royalty relief to those wiling to drill to the deeper depths. |

West Greenland - Ungava Fault Zone
The 37000 km regional TGS 2D database offshore West Greenland has revealed a number of sedimentary basins and regional structural highs, - adjacent onshore analogs has revealed that both reservoir, source and seal are present. |
Gulf of Mexico - Sophie's Link 3D The Gulf of Mexico has been a core area for TGS for over 25 years. The Sophie's Link 3D is a new 179 OCS block project that links the Grand Isle and Ewing Bank areas (Deep Resolve 3D) to the West Delta and Mississippi Canyon areas (Mississippi Canyon 3D). |

Gulf of Mexico - Phase 45 Interpretation Project A regional deepwater interpretation project based on TGS Phase 45 PSDM data. The project, now complete, interprets key horizons over 7,200 deepwater Gulf of Mexico blocks using in excess of 100,000 KM of Kirchoff and Wave-equation processed 2D long-offset data. Over 1,100 wells are included in the project, include more than 350 with paleo data. Well log data can also be licensed separately from TGS’ LOG-LINE Plus! online database. |

Gulf of Mexico - Eastern Delta Approximately 100 OCS blocks of newly acquired Ocean Bottom Cable data in the Main Pass/Viosca Knoll areas of the Gulf of Mexico. Kirchhoff Pre-stack time migration data is available now. Kirchhoff Pre-stack depth migration will be available in early 2008. |
