Henry H. (Hank) Hamilton III, CEO / DirectorHank has 24 years of experience in the industry, including time spent at Shell Oil Company and Schlumberger. He joined TGS in 1995. Hank graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1981 with a degree in Physics.  |

Robert Hobbs, COORobert joined TGS in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. In previous appointments at Exxon, Union Texas Petroleum, Veritas DGC and Marathon, Robert has served in a wide range of technical and leadership roles from Geophysicist, to President and Managing Director. Robert holds a M.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Southern California.  |

Arne Helland, CFOArne joined TGS after the company merged with NOPEC in 1998. He has more than 20 years experience within finance and administration in international companies. Arne received an MBE from the Norwegian School of Management in 1981.  |

David Hicks, VP AMEAPDavid joined TGS in 2002 as CTO and oversees all aspects of the Company's technical and data management operations. He began his career with ExxonMobil as an exploration geologist and has led a number of commercial software development projects within the industry for GeoGraphix, Landmark Graphics and Halliburton. David holds a B.A. and M.S. in Geological Sciences.  |

John A. Adamick, VP Business DevelopmentJohn joined TGS in 1986 and has served the company in a variety of capacities. Most recently, he served as President - Offshore Division from 1996 until 2000 when he was appointed Vice President, Business Development. John received a B.S. degree in Geology from Texas A&M University in 1983. In 1987, he graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a M.S. degree in Geology.  |

Kim Abdallah, VP NSA New VenturesKim joined TGS in 1989, coming from GECO Geophysical Company. He is now V.P. Sales & Project Development for the Americas. Kim graduated from Appalachian State University in 1980 with a B.S.B.A. in Information Systems.  |

Karen El-Tawil, VP NSA SalesKaren, who joined TGS as Vice President of Sales in 1997, has twenty years of experience in the seismic industry. Karen previously worked at both Western Geophysical and Geco-Prakla. She received a Bachelors degree in Geology and Mathematics from Adrian College in 1983.  |
